Privacy Policy

Last updated: 07/29/2026

Rally Recognition (“Rally,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, your role, your school, your email address, your phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to answer you and to serve your school. We do not sell it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect standard analytics — pages visited, time on site, general location, device and browser type, and how you found us. We use Google Analytics for this. You can opt out via Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Cookies

We use cookies for basic site function and for analytics. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set; the site will still work if you do.

Ordering and payments

Orders and payments are not processed on this website. When you order or pay, you are taken to a partner platform — GradNow, GradNow Jackets, or Herff Jones. Anything you enter there is governed by their privacy policies, not this one. We never see or store your payment card details.

Who we share information with

Only with service providers who help us run the business — our website host, our form provider (Cognito Forms), our analytics provider (Google), and the order platforms above — and only as needed. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Children’s privacy

Our products are for school communities, including students under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

Email info@www.rallyrecognition.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We’ll respond within a reasonable period.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes

We’ll post any changes here with a new “last updated” date.
